UNIQLO is ending 2013 on a high note with its first store opening in Malacca. The newest store, situated in Dataran Pahlawan Melaka, is scheduled to welcome Malaccans in mid-December 2013 and will offer the latest LifeWear Fall/ Winter 2013 collection from UNIQLO.
Malacca is the second state outside Klang Valley that UNIQLO has expanded into, further strengthening the company’s commitment to bring fashionable and functional high quality apparel to all Malaysians. Located on the upper ground floor of the mall, with an approximate sales floor space of 9,250 sq ft, the outlet aims to extend the UNIQLO experience to even more customers in Malaysia.
Satoshi Onoguchi, Managing Director of UNIQLO (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and UNIQLO (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., said
“The success from our Penang store opening highlighted the increasing demand for UNIQLO products from other Malaysian states. We hope that with the Dataran Pahlawan Melaka store, we will continue to be a brand built on a seamless fusion of fashion and function, providing great looking, high-quality clothes at affordable prices.”

Located in the heart of the historical state, the Dataran Pahlawan store will carry the latest Fall/ Winter collection for both men and women. In addition, the store will also offer apparel for kids and babies.
