TGV Cinemas, salah satu pengendali pawagam terkemuka dan pawagam multipleks di Malaysia, bakal mengadakan tayangan selama lebih 8 jam untuk sebuah filem epik yang dinanti-nantikan tahun ini STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS dari 12 tengah malam hingga 6.00 pagi pada 17 Disember 2015. TGV is the first cinema in Malaysia to organise an all-night-screening.
“Star Wars: The Force Awakens All-Night-Screening is one of our Star Wars promotions to create maximum hype about the movie. It is also an opportunity for Star Wars die-hard fans to watch the movie ahead from others. Even US is only opening on the 18th December.” said Celeste Koay, Senior Marketing Manager of TGV Cinemas.
“We have started advance ticket sales for the Star Wars: The Force Awakens All-Night Screening and received positive response. To keep our moviegoers awake and entertained throughout the wee hours on 17th December morning, we have planned many exciting Star Wars related on ground activities such as Star Wars character dance off, Cosplay appearance, Lightsaber performance, Droid Race, How well do you know Star Wars trivia, NerfGun Battle, PS4 Battlefront gaming and many more. Movie goers will stand a chance to win attractive Star Wars prizes when they take part in these activities,” added Koay.
In addition, TGV is also setting up Star Wars inspired food corner and its F&B outlet, Chill*x will be operating until 3.00am offering the limited edition Cantina Combo. Movie goers can purchase the Cantina Combo which includes Leia’s Buns or Han’s Wrapper and Luke Skywater for only RM 25 per set. Moviegoers who dressed up in any of their favourite Star Wars characters get to redeem a complimentary coffee from 17th December until 20th December 2015 whilst stocks last.
