The romance begins with a special selection of Amuse Bouche by the Chef itself to prepare the lovebirds for the meal and to offer a glimpse into the chef’s approach to the art of cuisine. To compliment, Champagne pairing with Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial.
Romantic starters for Him are Poached Oyster, Truffle Scramble Eggs, and Oscietra Caviar. And as for Her, delicious Pan sear Jumbo Sea Scallop, Vanilla Orange Reduction and Parmesan Chip. Special Moet Chandon Rose Imperial to charm the loved ones.
Main course of these seductive ingredients for the couples are Pan seared Salmon, Crispy Saffron Risotto Rice Cake with Lobster Bisque and irresistible mouth watering Oven roasted Lamb Rack, Crispy Goat Cheese Spinach Timbale and Tomato Confit to satisfy your cravings on the special day and not forgetting Moet & Chandon Vintage Blanc to flush down the fantastic dinner.
