Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn. Bhd., a leader in consumer electronics in Malaysia, is opening its first SEP with Convergence Gadget Sdn. Bhd. today. The authorised mobile phone retailer, exclusive to Samsung, aims to give people who step into the store a full flavour of Samsung mobile phones.

The SEP initiative promises shoppers an opportunity to experiment with real mobile devices from playing games or using applications to comparing the operating systems across different Samsung phones. Well trained sales persons with product knowledge will be stationed there to provide shoppers professional advice on purchasing a phone that suits their needs and lifestyle.

SEP will also serve as an after-sales service centre for Samsung customers. Customers can drop their Samsung phones at SEP for instant service support and free software upgrade.
In addition, customers who purchase mobile phones from SEP will enjoy an additional 12-month warranty, making it a total 24-month warranty service directly from Samsung!
In conjunction with the first SEP opening, customers can now purchase a Samsung Wave 723 at RM699 (recommended retail price: RM939) here. The promotion is valid for the first 100 customers only from 18th January to 17th February 2011.
The SEP opens daily from 10.00am to 10.00pm. It is located at the SK2A, Promenade, 2nd Floor, One Utama Shopping Centre, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya.
