Samsung Launches Latest Range of SMART TVs, Plasma TVs, SMART Blu-ray Home Entertainment System and Blu-ray Player
Samsung’s 2012 line-up combines elegant styling with a wide range of high-end features

Samsung’s range of futuristic SMART TV 2012 offers consumers three life-enriching, highly interactive solutions in form of SMART Interaction, SMART Content and SMART Evolution.

The products showcased, Samsung’s flagship LED ES8000, ES7500, ES6800 and Plasma E8000 series TVs, received CES 2012 Innovations Design and Engineering Awards.

Samsung’s cutting-edge SMART TV technology is set to forever redefine home entertainment. SMART Interaction is an intuitive platform offering Motion Control, Voice Control, and Face Recognition commands for the TV, eliminating the need for a remote control.
With SMART Content, families will enjoy enhanced content and connection abilities from device to device and web storage to device that is easy and convenient. SMART Content turns the TV into a lifeline, in and outside the home through new and enriching experiences.

Samsung’s SMART TV features the slim bezel complemented by a stylish arch flow stand and large screen size of up to 60 inches. Inside, a dual-core processor powers the TV, allowing users to multitask by surfing the web while using or downloading multiple apps simultaneously. A variety of content is available through Samsung Apps, the industry’s preferred TV apps platform.
Its Micro Dimming Ultimate allows viewers enjoy richer colours, brighter pictures and higher contrast ratios by analysing and automatically adjusting the picture quality. The technology also eliminates the “halo” effect and image distortion caused by diffused light.
Home Entertainment System and Blu-ray Player
Samsung’s home entertainment system delivers impeccable high-definition audio and Samsung’s 3D Sound Plus, with more natural, richer sound that is more harmonized. Both the home entertainment system and Blu-ray player are built-in with Wi-Fi, to provide access to web-connected entertainment as well as Samsung’s SMART Hub and Signature Apps.
