Pavilion KL unveils the Secrets of Raya
Award winning mall launches Raya celebration with first-of-its-kind entertainment highlight and CSR fundraiser for orphans
Kuala Lumpur, 10 August 2010 – Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, the world’s premier shopping and lifestyle destination officially kicked off its 2011 Hari Raya campaign themed Secrets of Raya today with a jovial launch event. The month-long celebration will run from 10th August until 4th September centre-wide with great gift ideas, lively entertainment, enticing rewards and pure Raya joy.
Shoppers are invited to indulge the seven secrets of Raya, Secrets to Rewarding Experiences, Secrets to A Good Cause, Secrets to Great Looks, Secrets to Lively Entertainment, Secrets to Exquisite Scents, Secrets to Gifting Varieties and Secrets to Good Dining to celebrate this Raya with a difference.
Hari Raya at Pavilion KL presents a first-of-its-kind showcase as the Secrets of Raya is also a festive collaboration between Pavilion KL and ‘The Secret Life of Nora’, the latest musical extravaganza starring Tiara Jacqueline. As the official lifestyle mall, shoppers at Pavilion KL can win tickets to the ‘The Secret Life of Nora’ musical at Istana Budaya and even get a chance to break fast with the entire cast of ‘The Secret Life of Nora’, including Tiara Jacquelina, Broadway heart-throb Ryan Silverman, Aznil Hj Nawawi, Adibah Noor and Tony Eusoff. Show tickets will also be on sale until 4 September at Porte Cochere Concierge, Level 2.
In the spirit of sharing and good deeds, Pavilion KL would love to spread the spirit of giving by inviting the shoppers to participate in its CSR campaign. For every RM50 donation, shoppers will get a chance to win a weekend drive experience with Bufori Classic car. Proceeds will be donated to Rumah Amal Siraman Kasih, a home to Malay orphans and underprivileged children aged 7-12 years old.
To make the occasion more meaningful, Pavilion KL invited 45 underprivileged children and their caretakers from Rumah Amal Siraman Kasih to join in the launch where the children were presented with free haircut treats by Miko Galere, RM1500 worth of groceries from Mercato, and duit raya from Pavilion KL.
