To celebrate the month of Ramadan, the ‘Nostalgia P. Ramlee’ Buffet by Swez Brasserie is an event you can’t afford to miss. Be amazed by the wide local and international fare, tailored to even the quirkiest of taste buds.

The Swez Brasserie offers daily varying menus which live up to the “Nostalgia P. Ramlee’ theme. Don’t be surprised to find some of the late musical legend’s favorite local food served at the buffet, such as kari ikan bawal berbendi, burung puyuh goreng, ikan kering masin and bubur kacang.

Signature and specialty local dishes are also the rave with dalcha rusuk kambing, daging masak hitam, udang goreng kunyit, kurma ayam Penang, gulai kambing kawah, nasi briyani ayam, kacang panjang goreng and sweet Asian and Western delicacies.

The event, which will also showcase an exhibition of P. Ramlee’s life story, photography and artifacts, is jointly organized by Eastin Hotel Petaling Jaya and the National Archives of Malaysia (Arkib). Mohd Azmi Sarginen began his culinary career in the hospitality industry at the age of 17. Over the span of 15 years he worked in numerous international hotels and participated in international food promotion events.
