Five Sen5es is now introducing an enhanced menu consisting new exciting pork-free a la carte dishes which embodies an extensive selection of authentic Chinese dishes.
With the principles of enhancing the five human senses of Sight, Taste, Scent, Touch and Sound, the presence of these five elements are evident in the preparation, cooking and presentation of the spectacular new signature dishes, namely Crispy Salmon Banana Roll with Green Tea Dressing, Minced Duck Fried Rice with Prawn, Yam and Pumpkin Serve in Clay-pot, Fragrant Crispy Vegetables with Roasted Pine Nuts, Honey Glazed Baked Black Code, Slow Roast Beef Spare Ribs with Pineapple and Honey Sauce and Deep Fried Boneless Chicken with Sweet Chili Sauce Topped with Young Mango.
