AirAsia Voted Most Popular Graduate Employer in Leisure, Travel and Hospitality
[dropcap]A[/dropcap]irAsia was awarded Most Popular Graduate Employer in Leisure, Travel and Hospitality, at the recent Malaysia’s 100 Leading Graduate Employers 2012 Awards held at DoubleTree by Hilton in Kuala Lumpur.

During this event, awards for most popular graduate recruiters in key employment sectors and the overall most popular graduate recruiter is presented.
AirAsia was given recognition based on the Malaysian Student and Graduate Barometer Survey. The survey is similar to the one conducted by GTI in the United Kingdom and Ireland and aims to identify the top 100 employers graduating students and fresh graduates wants to work for the most. This year, a total of 12,000 graduating students and fresh graduates participated in the survey conducted from April until September.
The Airline beat other finalists in the category includes Malaysia Airlines and Genting Berhad. Out of the overall 100 Leading Graduate Employers 2012 list, AirAsia is ranked fifth; tied with global technology giant Apple Inc.
