The four awards bagged by Media Prima came from its two ground events, Gegaria Fest and Pentas Anugerah Juara Lagu (“AJL”) 32 Bergerak. The three silvers won were in the categories for:
• Best Event – Consumer: Gegaria Fest
• Best Event – Home-Grown: Pentas AJL32 Bergerak
• Best Event – PR/Guerrilla Marketing Stunt: Pentas AJL32 Bergerak
Meanwhile, the bronze award was won for:
• Best Event – Use of Bloggers / Influencers: Gegaria Fest

The seventh edition of the Marketing Events Awards 2018 recorded 200 entries submitted across 28 categories from renowned event agencies around Southeast Asia. The awards this year was another significant achievement for the Group after winning the coveted Media Company of the Year and other prestigious accolades at The Sparks Awards 2018.
