Tse Sui Luen Jewellery (TSL), one of the largest jewellers in Asia captured the spotlight today with the launch of its elegant new concept luxury boutique at Pavilion KL. An evening of trendsetting style, the TSL luxury boutique, the first of its kind in Asia, stands tall along the posh corridors of the new ‘Elite’ wing of the prestigious shopping centre that houses some of the world’s prominent luxury brands.
The evening of festivities was preceded by a surprise opening act by a 15-piece orchestra conducted by Mrs. Annie Yau Tse, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TSL at the Couture Pavilion and followed by a joint fashion show with three of Malaysia’s renowned and stylish fashion designers including Beatrice Looi, Nurita Harith and Justin Yap.
Demonstrating trendsetting craftsmanship in a contemporary lifestyle approach, eighteen models took to the catwalk and gave the audience an interlacement of gems blended through the vibrant fashions of the designers. Beatrice Looi’s black-and-white with lace overlay designs were further accentuated with TSL’s mysterious and alluring concept of black and white, day and night jewellery. Whilst, Nurita Harith’s sensual silk designs gave TSL the perfect lively palette to jazz the designs with dynamic yet feminine lines of jewellery, Justin Yap’s harmonious blend of breathtaking evening gowns brought the show to its climax with TSL’s timeless ‘Gracious’ collection in romantic yet glamorous seduction. An ode to beauty, TSL’s ‘Gracious’ collection bears resemblance likened to the white butterfly orchid that comes alive in the diamond setting that requires micro-paving techniques and cherry-picked stones of multiple sizes.
The presence of Mrs. Annie Yau Tse flanked by renowned Hong Kong actor Ruco Chan, a friend of the brand who lent his star appeal on the grand occasion, was indeed a demonstration of TSL’s commitment to its well-heeled Malaysian clientele, and its recognition of Kuala Lumpur as the up-and-coming regional shopping and entertainment hub. Ruco Chan is no stranger when it comes to trendsetting jewellery. Much to the delight of the crowd, Chan even lent his styling expertise in identifying the jewellery type for the three finalists of the TSL model search.
Sounds of cheers soon gave way to a deeper sense of excitement and anticipation as guests were greeted warmly at the door of the boutique and led to a tour around the boutique. The elegant grandeur concept is well-infused into the 200-meter-square new boutique under the four- meter high ceiling, a perfect representation of the magnificent TSL brand name. The flagship
store, embodying a minimalistic design using high-end earth-tone materials; creates an atmosphere where jewel lovers can leisurely enjoy during their jewellery appreciation experience. To further mark the occasion, TSL dedicated an unprecedented and separate VIP Zone for the special guests, showcasing grand piece jewellery to provide VIPs with a private dazzling feast of opulent jewellery and extraordinary service.
As part of the grand launch, TSL specially commissioned and flew in an exclusive showcase that highlights the brand’s trendsetting craftsmanship and exceptional capability to create distinctive, elegant yet contemporary works of art.
