Putrajaya Homes Launches Modern and Elegant Condominiums from RM426,800 on 10:90 Scheme
The official launching of Flora Rosa, a collection of elegant yet affordable condominiums located in the highly sought after Precinct 11 in Putrajaya, was held amid much fanfare on 18 and 19 February 2017. Hosted by its developer, Putrajaya Homes Sdn Bhd (Putrajaya Homes), the two-day event featured an exciting itinerary that included a special appearance by local celebrity Ms. Noor Neelofa, who is also the Putrajaya Homes Brand Ambassador, and a Cruise Tasik tour around Putrajaya.
Flora Rosa purchasers were invited on an exclusively chartered Cruise Tasik tour around the city, which culminated in a specially catered luncheon with Ms. Neelofa on the first day. Those on the cruise also enjoyed a photography session with the celebrity.
According to Ms. Neelofa, the affordably priced condominiums, which encompass four towers with a total of 676 units, are a great choice for young professionals and those with small families. “Flora Rosa, which is designed by a reputable architect, has plenty to offer the young, modern family. In addition to an ideal location, the development also features a great mix of facilities and a variety of layouts for prospective homeowners to choose from. These homes are a wonderful choice for those seeking convenience along with a contemporary lifestyle,” she enthused.
Among the facilities exclusive to the development are an infinity swimming pool and a learner pool, jogging and cycling tracks, a gymnasium and a beautifully designed surau, all amid 11.29 acres of landscaped splendour.
“The development takes into consideration the different interests of people from all walks of life, which is why we have made an array of facilities available especially for residents. We have also included specially designed recreational and communal spaces to encourage them to lead a healthy lifestyle,” explained Puan Sabariah Ramli, the General Manager of Marketing and Commercial Division.
Flora Rosa features five types of layouts to cater to the discerning lifestyle needs of the modern individual or family. Type A has a built-up area of 1,399sft; Type B measures 1,184sqft; Type C is 829sqft; Type D is 1,227sqft and Type E is 2,250sqft.
In addition to being attractively priced from RM426,800, the development also offers a special PjHomes 10:90 scheme, whereby purchasers just need to pay a 10% deposit to secure the property, while the 90% balance is only payable upon the issuance of the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC). Purchasers will also enjoy the “PjHomes Advantage”, which includes no legal fee on the Sales & Purchase Agreement and no stamp duty on MOT. There are four panel end-financiers namely Maybank, CIMB, Bank Rakyat and HSBC participating in the PjHomes 10:90 scheme.
“The property market is typically susceptible to 10-year cycles of peaks and troughs. In line with the current slower growth pace, we are pleased to extend this offer to allow people from all walks of life an opportunity to own a home in Putrajaya and be a part of this vibrant, metropolitan city,” shared Puan Sabariah.
Aside from Flora Rosa’s 10:90 scheme, in conjunction with the current festive season, Putrajaya Homes is also holding an exclusive PjH Prosperity Promotion until 28 February 2017, during which those who purchase other properties will be presented with a 50g gold bar.
Flora Rosa is scheduled to be completed in August 2020. For more information on Putrajaya Homes’ other projects, please visit the website www.pjh.com.my or call +60 3-8888 6633.
