Come Run with RUNNING MAN this November! ONE confirms show details, cast members and ticket prices for Race Start Season 2.
ONE HD, the home of Running Man in Asia, is delighted to announce the second season of Race Start in Malaysia! After the incredibly successful run of the first season in Singapore last year, ONE HD, together with the cast of Running Man, is ready to take the region by storm again, starting with Malaysia (Nov 1), followed by Singapore (Nov 29).
Since its premiere on ONE HD 3 years ago, the series has achieved its viewership foothold and has reigned as the No. 1 rated program across all pay TV channels in Singapore and Malaysia during its time belt.
This year, ONE HD will gather 4 members from the urban action variety show in Malaysia, namely, Kim Jong Kook, HAHA (Ha Dong Hoon), Song Ji Hyo and Ji Suk Jin.
Fans can expect nothing less than an amazing night from the dynamic stage presence of the cast and hilarious banter between them. The 2 hour show will include an exciting and riveting mix of comedy and song performances by the singers among them. To make the evening even more memorable, fans will get to win opportunities to share the stage with the stars through interactive and specially tailored games.
“Following the resounding success of the event held last September in Singapore, we have decided to bring ‘Race Start Season 2’ to Malaysia, so more fans of Running Man in Asia can be part of the experience,” said Virginia Lim, Vice President, Asian Content, Networks, Asia, Sony Pictures Television.
The Malaysia leg of the 2014 Asia Tour will take place at Stadium Negara in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday, 1 Nov 2014. Tickets will be priced at RM729 (VIP), RM499 (CAT 1), RM429 (CAT 2), RM299 (CAT 3) and RM199 (CAT 4). VIP (RM729) ticket holders will receive an exclusive autograph pass, where they will get an opportunity to meet the stars up close and personal, and get an autograph from one randomly picked Running Man cast member. More details on the meet-and-greet session will be made available in due time.

Enjoying a great following in South Korea on SBS, Running Man is also extremely popular on ONE.
In Malaysia, Running Man surpasses ratings of all FTV programs aired at the same time among Astro viewers 4 years old and above. In Singapore, Running Man’s rating is more than double that of the second pay TV program aired at the same time.
The series features the 7 hosts HaHa (Ha Dong Hoon), Kim Jong Kook, Jee Seok Jin, Gary (Kang Hee Gun), Song Ji Hyo, Lee Kwang Soo and Yoo Jae Suk taking on guest stars and celebrities to complete missions at various landmarks to win races and escape punishments each week.
