Employees were feeling rather privileged and grateful to be given the opportunity to get their self-checked and examined by The KL Clinic doctors and nurses organized by the Impiana KLCC Hotel Management recently. This initiative has set a good example on the importance of taking care of the employees.
The one day program begins at 9.30 am and ended at 4.00 pm at the hotel itself. The medical personnel from the clinic were very friendly and informative as they performed bone density test, blood pressure test, blood glucose test, and eye checkup along with a basic health check. Furthermore, doctors took their time explaining on the importance of taking good health care and to have a better understanding of the different illnesses, their symptoms and ways on how to prevent them.
Overall the event was a success and received good feedbacks from the employees and some were proposing to have more of these kind of activities in the future as it is seen as a part of doing corporate social responsibility (CSR) for the employees. Thus by providing such facility, Impiana KLCC Hotel aims to improve the health of the employees & give awareness on getting examined at clinic or hospital once a year to avoid unwanted illness.
