Firstly, we would like to extend our gratitude for your presence at our press conference recently, Secondly, for your info, we would like to highlight the profile and arrival of the following celebrities from the Taiwanese movie ‘Hai Giao Qi Hao’ (Cape No.7) for the KL International Film Festival 2008.
Tanaka Chie
Ms. Tanaka Chie, arriving on the 26th of November (MH606, SIN – KUL,1.45pm)
Tanaka was born in Kyoto, Japan in 1981. Her acting work includes Ping Pong, Initial D and Spring Snow.
Van Fan
Mr. Yu Chen Fan aka Van Fan, arriving on the 26th of November (MH606, SIN – KUL,1.45pm)
Van’s first album was released in 2002. His song ‘I Believe’ which was the Chinese version of the theme song of a Korean film titled My Sassy Girl, won him the title of the most popular singer in Taiwan. He excels in music, bass guitar and electronic guitar. Cape No.7 is his first film.
Apart from attending the Welcoming Night (26th Nov) and Awards Night (29th Nov), KLIFF has arranged exclusive radio interviews on Lite FM, ERA FM and Sinar FM for Tanaka and Van Fan at 7.30am onwards on the 28th of November 2008.
